Mas des Maillets is located in the little town of Malaucène (in the north of the Vaucluse), in the heart of the Ventoux biosphere, between the mountain known locally as the Giant of Provence and the Toulourenc Valley.
Because I've been passionate about winemaking and agriculture since I was a boy, following in the footsteps of several generations, I studied at the MFR in Richerenches, a rural community college in the Enclave des Papes in Vaucluse, and obtained my Diploma in Agricultural Studies, a BEPA in viticulture and oenology, before joining the family business where I worked until I acquired my own vineyard in 1989.
In 2015, I decided to fulfil a long-held aspiration, that of producing my own wine.
